Ordered, bought, professionally installed, used the alcohol pads to preclean.....fell off ....complete waiste of money! DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME & MONEY...othe Govee products are great, however

Unwilling to replace controller. Want me to replace all my lights on my house in northern Minnesota in December. Only thing not working is the controller. Now my 6 and 2 year old have no lights for Christmas.

Dissapointed - installation materials not good

Falling from the roof after installation, the glue is not good at all. I paid an installer because my house is 2 story and now because of quality it looks really bad
