Beautiful knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well made! I’m hoping this paring knife sticks around a long time. Because of the size and frequent use, I’ve misplaced two of them so far in the last 41 years. This one is probably my best knife in the house at the moment.

Another great sized knife with a blade that works

We have a lot knives Zwilling and love them, using them all the time throughout the day. This knife is small but strong and confident for many tasks. We have had the 5-star knives (still have them as they all last forever if I have not given them to my sons for their kitchens) and its 3” pairing knife was fantastic. We had no issues but knew that a 3” pairing knife could be radically improved with this design.
This is simply a well weighted, solid, and again balanced knife. You never realize what they mean by balanced until you experience it in a profoundly simply way in your daily activities in the kitchen. I wish I could convey this better, but suffice to say that it is wielded effortlessly and with assured precision for an incredibly sharp blade.
The reality is that we are now systematically replacing all of our incredible 5-star knives with the Pro series blade by blade. It is really fun because I get to compare knife but knife and build our unique combination of knives that I’m not sure is available as a set.
