This “paring” knife is poorly designed for paring. It’s more of a mini butcher knife, the blade too wide for paring. I’m very disappointed.

Perfect for my kitchen

I love the size and sharpness of this knife. It fits in my hand nicely to cut into onions and tomatoes etc. It cuts with ease. It's a very handy knife to have. It helps cut down on time prepping. Which gives you more free time for other things.
