I got this as a gift for my grandmother because she was looking for something smaller than a 4 inch pairing. She has fallen in love with the 3 inch. It is sharp, easy to use, has great edge retention and comfortable feel.

I love my 4" paring knife in this line and wanted a smaller version for detail work, I love to carve radish roses and create designs in other veggies. this is the perfect sized knife to do that

Great paring knife shape. Enhanced curve towards end of blade really helps cutting motion. In addition, Forged from the best German stainless on the market. Angled bolster allows you to really get close to whatever you're cutting.

Great for all the little jobs

I love this knife for all the little jobs I have around my kitchen. From peeling and cutting garlic to segmenting an orange, this knife is great! It fits into my hand and is super comfortable. I love the curve from the blade to the handle because it is another feature that just makes this knife the most comfortable one I've ever used.

This is first time I purchase a 3" parer, having always used a larger one. I love the control I have with the shorter blade. It fits in my hand like it was custom made for me!
The blade is nice and sharp, glides through all kinds of skins, as well as pares and hulls strawberries.
This is a must for anyone with smaller sized hands as well as those who are new to the kitchen.
