Great little parer

This is such an amazing paring knife. The handle and bolster on this knife fits in my hand really nicely, giving me extra comfort in griping my knife while I peel and slice produce. I like the smaller blade on this compared to the 4”, it’s a little easier to really get a close peel with a smaller 3” blade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This 3" paring knife is one of the most comfortable knives I have used. I like to peel all my apples by and and this make the task easy. The length and width of the blade are perfect and the handle will fit in any hand.

In need of a fantastic paring knife? You won’t be disappointed with this knife. The blade very sharp also this blade is slightly wider than other Zwilling paring knives. Feels solid in your hands.

This is a simple sharp blade with the curve in the bolster for use of the entire blade. I use this all the time for peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetable. Great too for trimming bulk from stalks of broccoli and separating cauliflower florets.
A must have!

The curved bolster design of the Pro knife assortment permits smooth transition from handle to blade. Sharp and sturdy little knife for multiple tasks.

This little paring knife is perfect for all those small jobs in the kitchen. Easily cores strawberries, takes eyes out of potatoes and pineapples and gets the peels off of onions and garlic. The pinch grip allows your hand to safely get close to the blade for making radish flowers and mushroom garnishes.

I love the Pro series knives for the curved bolster which gives so much more comfort and stability when cutting. I use the 3" paring for smaller jobs - garlic, ginger, kiwis, all smaller fruits or cutting out cores. Works perfectly for those jobs and you will have this one for years to come!
