[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this knife! I have had it for 15 years and use it almost every day. I had to do a warranty replacement after 14 years for a cracked handle, but otherwise and AWESOME knife!

Love my 7" Santoku Knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a pleasure to use! Nice weight due to the full tang, easily balances in the hand. I use it daily. This was a replacement under warranty. The old knife finally got a fracture. Zwilling replaced it immediately, despite being over 20 years old. I hope the new one holds up as well as the original.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great knife that is very versatile. It holds an edge well. Probably the best knife I’ve ever used to thinly slice tomatoes and other soft fruits and vegetables The handle is comfortable and the knife well balanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had Professional S knives for well over 10 years and recently have had some problems with handle cracks. Zwilling customer service was excellent in addressing the issue quickly. My new knife came in in about 2 weeks. Other than the handle cracks, this knife cuts sooooo smooth and is easy to handle. I love it.
