Light knife and super sharp, doesn’t feel heavy after hours of using at work, can cut vegetables or meat and fish and keeps going.
For a 7 inches knife is perfect.

I love this knife! This is the second one I've purchased! The first one lasted me 21 years. The only reason I replaced it is because the handle cracked.
