The perfect knife

We eat a LOT of salads and vegetables and this is the perfect knife. We've had it for a couple of years... and it light and balanced. A must for every kitchen.
Last Christmas we gifted this knife to our adult kids for their kitchens and now am now ordering one for my sister. Glad to see it is still available.

Ace Chopping Knife

I never enjoyed the task of chopping an onion. Too many tears and it usually turned into a messy pile of unven shapes and sizes. With a little guidance from utube and this incredibly sharp santoku, I've mastered the task. The razor sharp edge slices through an onion or any vegetable with the greatest of ease. The "dimples" help keep food from sticking to the blade.
This is a slightly heavy knife, which I love, because the knife does the work for you. Great balance and the handle fits securely in my hand, no slipping.

Great versatile knife

Been using this Pro S knife for almost four years. One of my favorites for slicing and dicing most vegetables. Like the quality feel and easily cleans up. Sharpens up fairly easy also. Good all-purpose knife.

I bought the ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Professional "S" 7" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife in December 2017. I love using it! Great for chopping anything! I bought it as a treat to myself. So gad I did!

Great knife especially for cutting harder veggies

Bought the 7-inch knife about a year ago and love it, especially for slicing more difficult veggies to slice and chop like squash and sweet potatoes

You can't go wrong with this Pro S santoku, ideal for chopping and mincing food. The hollow edge divets on the blade help to guide food up and off of the knife, keeping out of the way during those smaller tasks. The Pro S handle is extremely comfortable and overall the knife is perfectly weighted and balanced.
