[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is nicely weighted, it has hollowed divots in the blade, which released vegetables from sticking as I’m cutting. It’s a great tool for my kitchen. It’s the perfect length for larger vegetables one of only 3 knives I need.

Exceeds Expectations

Perfectly balanced. And cuts thru meat and produce like butter. What else can you ask for? Just go ahead and get it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually surprised by how light it was relative to a similar sized Zwilling Pro chef's knife. I might have preferred just a tad more heft. With that said, it's well balanced, quite nimble, and has a great edge.
