Great DIY hood

This hood is a great addition to our home. The suction levels are awesome and eliminate smoke and food odors from spreading. The perimeter design works effectively with ranges that have large burners in the front. I have an LG range with a 22k BTU burner in the front, this model provides sufficient coverage for this burner as well.
I like the clean aesthetic and functionality.
I think the installation instructions could be better, it is very challenging to screw this to the cabinet (especially the back left screw near the wiring, this one is very close to the wire). I think having a nut and bolt design would be better.

Family no longer complain

The perimeter suction design with grease catching panel filter can really trap the high smoke and smell from my high heat stir fry. My family no longer complain the smoke and smell anymore. I really like the stream cleaning function, it only takes 3 minutes to finish the cleaning. This self cleaning can keep the range hood at the top performance. Watching the cleaning process and result has a soul smoothing effect on me.

I’m very pleased with this kitchen exhaust fan. It does an excellent job of removing smoke and cooking odors, and it runs surprisingly quietly.

Great range hood

I am very happy with the Hauslane range. The self cleaning feature is the best as it allows easy maintenance. The powerful fan helps keep food odours out of the house. Over 4 years and we had no issues. The range hood is well designed and it gives my kitchen a modern look.

Best vent hood you can buy! Excellent suction removes smoke and grease and the steam self clean feature is wonderful! Very reliable, quiet, and so good that I took it with me when we moved! I love my Hauslane vent hood!

Quiet and powerful replacement!

We replaced an over-the-range microwave with this ventilation system. We are so pleased! It's really powerful and also much quieter than what we had before. I like the simple look. We have not yet cleaned the filters but according to the manual it's a very easy job to perform.
