Better than expected

We installed the UC-PS38 in our student housing units to reduce the amount of fire alarm calls due to cooking. They have helped tremendously with evacuating cooking smoke from the units. Now if we can work on improving the residents cooking and housekeeping skills, we could reduce the alarm calls down to next to nothing.

Very Functional and clean.

Wanted to replace our microwave above our stove and have a vented hood to outside. This was recommended to us and we enjoy how functional and beautiful this is. The design has a cover hanging just below the fans which prevents grease from building up overtime and also makes it easy to clean. I'm happy they made the light bulbs easily swapped out with a different bulb for preference and longevity. Only wished there was a dimmer function but it's a minor nitpick and overall happy with the upgrade and no longer using the microwave to recirculate.

Excellent Performance and Sleek Design

We’ve been extremely happy with the Hauslane UC-PS38. The suction power is excellent—it easily handles smoke, steam, and cooking odors, even when using the front burners. It has a clean, modern design that looks much more expensive than it is, and the touch controls are intuitive and responsive.
If you’re looking for a powerful, well-designed under-cabinet range hood that’s easy to maintain, I highly recommend the UC-PS38.

Hauslane - UCPS38 - Great suction power and build

Hauslane - UCPS38 model. Bought this a month ago and it's works really well. The suction power is high and suits Indian cooking really well. Build quality is solid. Love the self cleaning feature.

Superb venting and Installation was a breeze!

Great product and very impressed with the instructions and template provided to help with installation. My old hood vented from the back, this Hauslane hood vents from the top, so the template was essential to aid installation. Instructions were clear and all parts included. Well done Hauslane!

The Hauslane PS38 exhaust fan is powerful, quiet, and does a great job removing smoke and cooking odors. I also like the sleek design and easy-to-use controls. The self-cleaning feature is a nice bonus and makes maintenance much easier. Overall, it's a great upgrade for any kitchen. I bought this two years ago and it's still working great! Every time I use the auto clean I can see a lot of oil coming out with the water telling me that my vents are being cleaned thoroughly. I cook a lot of oily and strong smelling food but I don't smell anything even when I'm in the kitchen! Highly recommended!

I bought this 2 months ago and I love how well it works it has different fan levels and I did not need to worry about my smoke detector going off anymore. It also is very easy to unassemble for a quick wipe and has a self-cleaning function.
