Effective Li'l Braiser/Soup Pot! Great Saucier

It's the toughest little cast iron I own. Braises then slowly stews to perfection thanks to tiny spikes that disperse moisture all over. Tight lid...and easy clean.

I have a few larger Staub pots. I love the enameled cast iron. I love not having to season them and how much easier they clean than traditional cast iron. The heat retention is great. I love this smaller one for sauces. It holds temperature throughout service and is easy to reheat on the stovetop or in the oven.

Nothing beats my Staub cookware. Nothing even comes close. I use all of my pieces and they are all equally fabulous when it comes to consistently outstanding results. I use them for everything, including keeping salads fresh in the fridge!
