This smaller sized cocotte is perfect for cooking rice, grains, oatmeal, and risotto. The cast iron really allows quick absorption and these items cook to perfection. Also great for heating a serving smaller quantities of soups, stews, pasta, and sauces. Keeps everything nice and hot, and looks great on the table.

This is the perfect kitchen tool for re-heating a single serving for lunch, melting butter, etc. I can’t live without this now! It retains heat so well and the lid fits perfectly to maintain moisture. Cannot recommend it enough!

Great small cocotte

This is a great mini round cocotte for serving individual dishes, desserts, for melting cheese or making sauces, or serving side dishes. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating up quickly and retaining that heat. The lid can be used in the cooking process to help self-bast and not let whatever you are making in the cocotte dry out. A great versatile piece that can go from stove to oven to table. With it being enameled, you don’t have to worry about seasoning the cocotte after every use, super convenient!

This small, matte black cocotte is ideal for those smaller dishes and can be used on the stove, in the oven and then brought straight to the table. The self-basting lid and enameled cast iron interior (matching the matte black exterior) is perfect for browning and searing and is certain to achieve the most flavorful results.

This 20oz cocotte is the perfect size for delicious recipes for 1 person (with left overs) or 2 people. Has the same cooking properties as the large cocottes, but is scaled for smaller volumes. This pot, in matte black, makes a regular appearance at friends' with my artichoke dip bubbling inside.

Adorable little cast iron piece. So fun for small side dishes, rice, dessert or a hot appetizer, like a cheese dip. The cast iron heat up evenly and retains it heat for serving. Easy to clean up too.

This 5 cup pot is a perfect size for side dishes. Every detail is classic Staub. Perfect heating and heat retention. The innovative black matte interior will never stain . Stove to oven to table- excellent product!
