Disappointed in the support

I like the camera, easy to install and setup. My issue is I paid for the yearly Pro plan and the service I am receiving is the basic plan, 3 live views and limited pictures. The plan I was billed for is unlimited. 2 phone calls, 3 emails and one week today with no resolve, sad.

I’m having trouble with picture notifications after sharing our cameras and seeing our son’s cameras (he lives next door) via sharing.

This camera I will purchase in the future for deer camera or security camera and for the price you receive rechargeable batteries and solor panel. Takes excellent picture easy to move the camera view live through the app. I highly recommend this camera.

This is the ultimate portable security cam. I can take it to the marina, camping, anywhere I need to park while hunting, etc. . . . . as long as I have cell service this camera gives me a peace of mind when I have to leave valuables out of my line of sight. Ability to pan, tilt, zoom, and live view make this the ultimate cam for my security needs!!!

Quit working after the first rain!!!!!! Not a good experience so far!!!!!!!

The Defend 360 has an IP65 rating which means it is waterproof against rain, but not full submersion. If for some reason you get water inside the camera again, let us know and we'll work with you on a replacement!
