Plans suck.

I would consider reolink this system sucks. Not worth the money. What a joke. I wanted to cancel my plan so I could try something different. And I had a whole year paid for. Thy canceled it and I get nothing for my entire year subscription. This camera was supposed to have extra features. It does not literally do anything unless you login to watch live view. It will not alert you of anything except for maybe a motion sense once in a while. You don’t get pictures or anything like that, it does not work. It literally alerted me of nothing. No support no nothing. It’s completely ridiculous to get a hold of these people. Rio Link here I come.

So far it works well, but a mount to attach the solar panel remotely from the camera would be helpful, also the solar panel cable is way too long for a normal setup

I'm very impressed with my 360 camera I had others that required wifi and when the power is knocked out from storms I had no cameras, again with my camera I'm very impressed 😎

The camera is fine. I’m disappointed with the price of everything. Way too expensive for working class Americans who are struggling to afford living. We as a society need to get back to being honest and making a decent living and charging prices that everyone can afford, not just the middle and upper classes. The business model of America today is not sustainable. Your website is misleading and doesn’t explain in detail exactly how much it costs to operate the camera. For the prices that you are charging you should be including the rechargeable battery with all your cameras. Make your website more detailed so people don’t feel like they have been part of a GOTCHA campaign. I’m not trying to make anyone angry or upset, I’m just being honest and giving you the feedback you asked for. Ford Motor Company became so successful and popular because he kept his prices low enough for everyone to afford and didn’t leave out the working class. United We Stand! Divided We Fall! My rating has more to do with the price than the camera though the 360 isn’t as easy as your website says it is and the lack of instructions is disappointing as well. Other than that I think the cameras are decent. The people that I have talked to have ALL been very helpful and nice but I would’ve preferred instructions that were clear and easy to read so I could have done things myself. Thanks

So far I can't get it to do a live feed, you say to change a setting on the camera and there isn't any setting on my app. Must be a secret. Good instructions would be nice.

Great pictures, motion sensors do not miss a beat. Live view is great for panning around to see what’s in the area.
