360 doesn't connect at site

Not connecting to cell service in the mountains of San Diego even with your booster antenna. Other cell cameras work at the site. How do I return this?

Night pictures are pretty blurry very good daytime pictures. I wish the app had more features. Spypoint is offering better features and is much cheaper. Defend 360 solar panel seems to struggle to keep battery charged .

Best Security Cam on the Market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start - I love having a security cam that already came with the built in battery, solar panel, SIM and internal memory. This allowed me to add the camera very easily to the Defend app and start getting photos right away without worrying about what I was missing, or needed - 1 stop shop! Live View is awesome, and having a function to allow me to move the camera remotely via the app was a game changer! Picture quality is impeccable, and the added benefits of On Demand, Live view, and everything else that comes with this camera is why I will recommend Defend to every family and friend in need.

Best with a camera to date. The smooth motion of looking around while in live View. The Clarity when observing alerts. Able to identify what's in the pictures and videos. The Solar Panel on it if fantastic and the rechargeable battery is holding up. Set up process took 2 mins once I charged the battery and was ready to install the camera,

Peace of Mind in Every Direction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After relocating and moving out on my own, I’ve come to really value safety and peace of mind, and the DEFEND 360 has been the perfect choice for that. I love that I can easily pan and tilt to see exactly what’s going on outside my apartment with just a click of a button.
The image quality is excellent, the app control feels effortless, and overall it gives me the confidence that I’m covered no matter where I am. If you’re looking for a game-changer security camera that combines reliability with convenience, this is definitely the way to go.

So easy to move

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I really like is the ability to pick this camera up and move it in seconds. Mostly I use it to keep an eye on a barn and shop in the back of my yard where I store bikes and outdoor gear, but it's so easy to move that when a neighbor told me she saw a skunk burrowing under my shed, I simply hung it from a nearby fence and waited for the nighttime imagery to roll in -- sure enough, 2 a. m. , there's the skunk, clear as day. I've also used it to keep an eye on another neighbor's newly-seeded lawn when he was out of town so I could know instantly if it needed watering. Cool tech, tons of uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set this camera up right before leaving town. It took about 10 minutes to set up the camera, mount it in place, and leave my house. I was pretty impressed with the simplicity of the whole process. The picture quality is fantastic; both day and night images are crystal clear, eliminating the need to guess what's in the image or wonder if it's a shadow. Highly recommended if you're looking for something simple to set up, great photo and video quality, and it works just as it says it will.
