I have a small house and I have not been able to vacuum my whole house without the battery stopping. I keep it on charge at all times when not in use. I have avoided using the max setting thinking I'd get the whole house done before the battery lost its charge. I've tried twice today trying to vacuum my floors and still haven't been able to finish. Wish I'd never bought it.

I bought this a month ago. The charge does not last nearly as long as advertised. It lasts about 10 mins max on a full charge. Sleek and small however disappointing.

I have 2 dogs and vacuum frequently, certain areas need touch ups more often. Wanted a cordless to make my life easier (things are harder at 68). Very disappointed in this vacuum considering the price and Dysons great reputation. The thing I most dislike is the "on trigger". You have to old the trigger on the entire vacuum. Very difficult with arthritic hands. Second disappointing feature is the suction, very weak on the low setting, which only gets you about 25 minutes if your lucky. The Turbo suction is better, but only gets you a few minutes. Would have expected longer running batteries at this price. Very unhappy with my purchase. I had another cheap cordless that had as much going for it as this one. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that it is light weight and maneuvers well. Have only had it about a month, so we will see how it holds up. Seems a slightly flimsy build.

This is not the vacuum for carpet. So hard to move the vacuum over carpet. Also I do not care for how fast the battery runs out. For the amount of money spent this should work better.
