Bought this to replace our V10. It's ok, but doesn't measure up to the V10. Was disappointed it didn't come with the stair/furniture head, but fortunately, our old V10 attachments fit, so we're using them. Charging station was also different, but was a direct swap out on the mounting holes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Dyson, but the battery only last 10 minutes. Is this normal or did I receive a faulty battery?

Depending on the model and the suction mode being used, run time can vary; for example, using “Boost” or “Max” mode will drain the battery much faster than standard mode. However, if you’re consistently seeing only about 10 minutes regardless of settings, that may indicate an issue with the battery. I like the easy managing when using, but I am sad to say the battery time is short. I cannot do more than 2 areas and it needs recharging. 😞

I am so disappointed in the run time, maybe 20 minutes. The power needs a switch to keep it on. It hurts my finger holding it on. I am thinking about returning it!

I was never so disappointed in all my life. I couldn’t even finish two rooms of vacuuming before the battery died so sad that you pay this kind of money and you can’t even complete a vacuum job in 1000 square-foot home.

I was dissappointed in this Dyson. After three weeks I had to return it as the when emplying the dust the head of the vacumn and came completely off. I got it back in but it was not working well. I have to save honestly it was cheaply made plastic. The quality in Dyson just isn't there anymore.

Great vacuum for seniors. I am 75 year old senior with 2 Schnauzer dogs who lives in my daughter’s home. I wanted a vacuum to keep up my 2 room living area, This Dyson is perfect. There are no cords, so no trip hazard for me. It is lightweight, easy to store and ready to use. I use it daily to keep up with the dog hair and it empties out without having to remove any parts. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
