My battery will not charge fully. I cannot use it more than 10 minutes without recharging. I’m using it on hardwood floor on low power. Have called and messaged and no one wants to help

I do like my Dyson but wish that you would not have to continually hold the button "on" to clean. It gets hard at my age to continually hold on the "on" button the whole time I am cleaning.
I have an 800 sq foot home in WI on a lake & the battery goes dead before I even get have of this home vacuumed! I will be returning this for sure!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just purchased my Dyson…fully charged the battery and hung it up on the charger…used it for the 1st time, got 10 minutes of suck out of the battery and then it died…what gives…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a nice handy vacuum, but the battery is just terrible. I can’t even use for 20 mins and it’s dead. Don’t like the fact that handle is so close to battery. Also, it’s not convenient to hold ON button the whole time. Unfortunately, I requested replacement, and if I have the same problem with new vacuum, I will just return it. It’s too expensive to have all these problems.

Battery charge is terrible, can’t even finish two rooms, kinda heavy for hand held that is what I wanted, but too heavy for me
