Not happy with the battery life. I expected more from Dyson. This is our third Dyson in 25 Years. We have a competitor cordless that will last longer.

missing parts and brush is very loud and it does not work right

Im not happy at all does NOT WORK WELL ON MY AREA RUGS. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞.

I have been using it s couple of weeks and do not find the suction adequate and hate having to hold the power on. With my arthritis it is very difficult.
