[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this about a month now and absolutely love it!
Set up takes a little bit of time due to wanting to ensure we completed the cleaning process. However, those I stare east to follow and the process is quite easy. And it is a similar process to the recommended cleaning.
Once it’s set up and plugged in, it’s only minutes before you begin hearing your perfect nuggets of ice hitting the holding basket! The ice is just as you hope it will be: light, airy, crunchy, perfect!
I recommend also purchasing the add-on side water tank. This will exponentially increase your time before needing to add water.

Crushed ice saves my teeth. Im a ice chewer and this is perfect.. makes 40lb a day.. love it

Makes perfect size ice nuggets

I have owned it a few weeks. So far so good. Be aware that it is a little loud. But after awhile it sounds like white noise. I am use to it now.

I’ve been wanting this ice maker forever. I finally got it and I’m so happy. Within about 10 hours it had finished its initial ice making and was quiet. Only sound is when it’s making ice and it’s not that bad. But the ice is chewy and everything I wanted. Glad I finally gave into peer pressure.
