Good - but short lived (6 months)

The ice maker starting leaking after three months. I emailed support, but never heard back. Now the unit has completely stopped making ice. I followed all recommended maintenance instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well but has issues

Cons: The unit screams and clicks. We’ve only had it since Christmas and it is the first week of May. Pros: It makes amazing small pallets of ice. Keeps up well.

This worked very well... for 11 months. Then the both the fan and the water pump stopped working.

Do not waste your money

It’s been less than a year and here I am shutting it off because of awful noises it’s making. Screeching and metal on metal loud noises and it’s just not worth it to keep hearing to have some ice. It’s barely working and I’ve had it 10 months. I’ve kept up on all the recommended cleanings and thought this would last me years. I’m so disappointed.

Sounds like a slow motion car wreck

What started out as a good machine turned into a nightmare. This machine sounds like a car wreck happening in slow motion. Screaming at me during the night. I’ve descaled it multiple times, cleaned it so many times, still it sounds like a dying hyena. Hate this stupid machine.
