Live the crunchy ice!o

Had our ice maker for a month. Love it. Perfectly crunch ice. The only thing is it melts in the basket. Then if you put it in the freezer it all freezes together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have owned the original Opal Ice Machine since it was first offered. We love the ice, very soft and makes ice very quickly. We just purchased the new 1.0 and so far everything is great … which is what I expected from this product. Installation was easy … BUT … be forewarned … be careful when removing the packaging … we almost dropped ours, not realizing there was no support in the inner packaging (once out of the box it was shipped in). Buy this product, you won’t be disappointed.

My wife is in love with her soft crunchy ice maker. To be fair, I love it too! Party season has begun and it's getting a workout....... Hope this baby holds out for 40 lb of crunchy ice 😂.

This is a wonderful product! If you like ice nuggets like the ones at Sonic drive ins you will love this machine. This is our second machine in 3 years. The first machine still operates perfectly. Made the decision to upgrade to this newer model and do not regret that decision!

Extremely simple setup and quite attractive. I have this ice maker in my small NYC apartment and it doesn’t feel overbearing - blends right in. Sound isn’t too distracting either…occasional new ice will drop and my dog will lift its head. Fairly quiet considering the output of ice it makes. My one drawback is the ice isn’t as crunchy as I was anticipating - it’s a bit soft and melts more quickly than other standard cubes.
