Stopped working

Worked great for almost two years. Now goes into defrost mode, light flashing. To turn off I have to unplug it, power switch won’t turn off unit. I think the motherboard has malfunctioned now. I would not recommend this ice machine.

Get this ice machine it’s the best

This icemaker is the best. I got one of the very first of these chewy pallet icemakers when they first came out. It was wonderful, but it had its problems. I got cheaper ones after that that will knock offs. This one has been perfect. It continues to make ice. The noise is minimal. It’s the most consistent machine I’ve had yet. So happy happy happy with it.

Good for a couple years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a good product for the past couple years but a week or so ago it stoped making ice. Kept going to defrost. The vents were clear so I decided to take it apart since the warranty is over. Lo and behold it’s cracked in half. How the heck could this thing create that much force to crack steel in half.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product is no longer operating. Less than 3 years. Only used the GE profile ice maker with high quality water. Ultra filtered. I'm very disappointed. I'd appreciate a refund or product replacement.
