AMAZING and Just what I wanted! I have had this item for 6 months now and it has not failed me yet. It is just what I needed after my Samsung fridge's icemaker decided to break (SHOCKER!). No issues so far. I also have the side tank as well and it is great as well!

This ice maker is perfect! It isn’t too loud at all, it starts making ice within minutes and it is the perfect soft ice to chew which is why I bought it. Overall 5 stars, would definitely recommend! Thank you GE

It’s been over a month and Ive been very happy with the pellet ice maker. When it runs, it’s a little louder than expected but it’s not a problem.

My wife was driving me crazy wanting crunchy ice. I refused to spend lots of money and have a permanently installed gadget. She found this model and I finally agreed. It is great.
