Exceptionally quiet and efficient!

I have run the sanitizing feature as instructed in the manual before first use and have made a batch of ice. The machine is very quiet and efficient. It produces great crunchy ice.

Great ice, But machine malfunctions

The ice maker makes great ice. Love the chewable nature of the pellets. But after an hour, the machine makes an incredibly bad noise that can only be stopped by unplugging the machine. So, it is difficult to make a lot of ice because of having to turn the machine off so often.
