Works well and makes perfectly sized, crunchy nugget ice quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the ice starts melting immediately after it’s made so you have to either use it right away or pull it out and put it into a freezer. Wish this product also kept the ice frozen.

This machine is great! Extremely quiet. Wish it was a little smaller for the countertop space. But still well worth the money.

Ice maker in refrigerator broke years ago and have been making ice in old fashion ice trays. Finally broke down and bought this ice maker. So should have done this sooner. We love the ice. It’s super easy to deal with and machine is very quiet. A bonus is that having great ice so easily available has me drinking more water. A win win.

Love the Icemaker

Love the icemaker. Easy to clean and set up, very quite. In reading other reviews it looks like a few may have been defective and the reason they were noisy but the machine is really quite. The ice size is perfect for slushies, cocktails, etc.
