Perfect ice

I love my Opal! The ice is perfection. It doesn't take very long for it to make a cup of ice. After a few hours the machine is completely full. 12 hours later there is still some ice in the basket, which tells me it is well insulated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Product. Side tank is not very useable.

Nice product, makes plenty of ice, and is pretty quiet but the Side tank is a PITA. Who wants to take the tank off, flip it UPSIDE DOWN on it's angled top, letting water drip on the counter so that you can try to fill it? Why not have the fill hole on TOP of the tank?

Replaced our well water ice.

We moved into a house that's on well water. We were very nervous about what we were actual drinking from that well. Having this ice machine has brought us peace of mind! And who doesn't love nugget ice?

Decided to purchase after ice maker in fridge went out and am loving this ice maker. Keeps up fine and is actually quieter than the one that was built in.
