We originally ordered a smaller ice machine that just did not put out enough ice. As soon as we got this one hooked up and running I knew I was going to love it! The soft crunchy ice it creates is amazing. We are thrilled with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Finally, the perfect nugget icemaker

After twice buying a clearly inferior icemaker within the last 5 years, we've finally landed on the perfect icemaker. We had this baby up and making perfect Sonic-style ice nuggets within a half hour. We are delighted.

It is a little noisier than the Opal we reqplaced with this one. However we like the feature that allows for getting the ice out of the top instead of pulling out the bin.

Easy to setup!

Love the ice. The texture and size is perfect. So easy to setup. It takes a really long time to fill the tray us my only complaint so far. When it says starts making ice in 10 min it means a few pieces at a time. It takes hours to fill the tray. Outside of the time it’s amazing.

The GOOD Ice. At last!

I have been waiting for the Good ice to be available at home, and am thrilled to have this one. I got it at an excellent price, too. It is quite large, so be aware that you may have to do some counter-shuffling.
