[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is absolutely amazing. Super sharp out of the box, it's also really lightweight. I thought the shipping box was empty its so light. Cuts through onions, carrots, potatoes like butter.

Light and razor sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my new nakiri knife! I had been wanting to get one and read many reviews on different brands. I happened to walk past a Henckels store and went in.
The knife is so light in my hand, and I love that the blade is very thin and razor sharp.
Basically I have used it to chop herbs and vegetables and love that I don't get the "acordeon" at the bottom of my veggies; the blade goes through and gets all.

Very lightweight and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a knife that can help me chop vegetables efficiently. Went through several brands until I buy this one. What a difference! I am able to chop veggies all the way down. I am not sure about the handle since it is not full tang but so far no issue.
