[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 5th Zwilling 4 star knife i have purchased. I love the handles. They are sharp straight out of the box. I had a chef convince me on Dalstrong at one point. Now those knives are being phased out and replaced with Zwilling and Miyabi.
