great nakiri....classic handle

This knife is the best of both worlds. The German forged steel blade is very durable and sharp. The blade stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. The acute angle of this blade makes it ideal for thin accurate chopping and slicing. The handle is the classic Four Star handle which is lightweight and the material is easy to grip
