Excellent forged nakiri. Chops and slices like a champ. The molded handle is super comfortable. Great weight. I love a chef knife but this is a great option.

Nakiri blade profile is ideal for chopping vegetables and intricate cutting. Not as intimidating as a Chinese vegetable cleaver. Use wide side for scrapping items up off cutting board. Comfortable molded handle and good balance.

Nakiri knives are a cross between a santoku and a vegetable cleaver. Used with the chopping motion Nakiri's will cut through the toughest squash yet thinly slice a delicate cucumber. The Four Star line of knives has a really nice feeling handle. Is easy to grip even when wet and works with smaller hands. Premium German Steel, made in Germany, ice hardened to hold an edge longer these knives are ready to take on the toughest challenges in the kitchen.

Well made and perfect size for mincing garlic, onion and scallions for salads and cooking. Amazing Zwilling quality and never rusts or dulls. Super sharp and comfortable to use.

Chopping made easy

My sons love the Nakiri because they both love the chopping motion. It's a great knife to add to a collection because very few sets include it. Perfect for chopping carrots, celery and garlic, plus so much more.

I can see why Four Star knives are best-sellers! Quality knives made in German from German stainless steel. Made via the Friodur process that means it is sharp, retains its sharpness, is durable and stays corrosion free. Great knife for all that vegetable cutting.

The Four Star 6.5 inch Nakiri knife is wonderful for chopping! It has a super sharp blade and a very comfortable handle. It is lighter than most German knives and supports fatigue free cutting.

The Four Star line is fabulous. It’s lightweight handle is comfortable to hold. This flat blade is great for chopping, dicing and mincing fruit and veggies.
