I eat a lot of salads and raw veggies. My new knife cuts, dices, juliennes like butter! Love it. Hard to believe l waited this long to make a much needed investment in a truly great kitchen tool.
I bought those knives 🔪 to give out as Christmas gifts. Where I come from, most people my age received second-hand knives 🔪 from our parents or relatives.
We never grew up knowing how to examine a knife 🔪 to tell whether or not it was dull or sharp unless someone in the household was a chef.
We just used it and replaced it with a cheap department store knife 🔪 when it was worthless to use anymore.
So, buying these knives for a family member and close friend opened up an awareness of how a truly good knife 🔪 is supposed to cut ✂️ and feel in their hand.
My wife and I close friend husband nearly sliced off his thumb while mishandling the knife 🔪 thinking 🤔 it was the run of the mill, department store brand.
He's still healing and his thumb is still attached to his hand 👋.
People need to be educated and the Lord Blessed me to be an influencer, so I took the opportunity to influence others.
Expected my recent purchases to be as sharp as my 1st purchase years ago. That knife was so sharp it scared me! So...when i recently purchased a 7" and 8" chefs knifes i expected the same. I was disappointed that the new knives did not perform as expected. I think the multiple levels of quality are confusing to the consumer.
A lovely and razor sharp knife. The perfect size and weight for most chopping and slicing tasks. Do use maximum care as a small slip will result in a clean cut.
