The balance is very comfortable and makes this knife an easy choice when there is a lot of chopping to be done for meal prep. It’s very sharp and easy to sharpen when necessary.

The Zwilling 7” Chef Knife has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. It’s incredibly sharp right out of the box and glides through everything from vegetables to meats with ease. The ergonomic handle feels comfortable and secure, even during longer prep sessions. It’s a well-balanced, reliable knife that’s worth every penny.

So beyond comfortable in my hand, perfectly balanced. It just feels right. Out of the box, it is very sharp, and has been such a joy to use. Every time I lift it up, a massive smile appears on my face. I feel like I could cut an atom with this edge.
