We are really sorry to hear your old Sonicare toothbrush needed to be replaced, and that your new model is not providing you with the same brushing experience. We can understand that must be disappointing and hope we can help! Firstly, fully charge the handle for 24 hours with no interruptions and try again. Make sure the charger is not placed on a metal surface or close to other chargers, as this can interfere with the charging process. Your new toothbrush gives you the option to choose between low and high intensity, and when you use the toothbrush for the first time, the default setting is the low
intensity. To change the intensity, simply follow this step:
1: Press the power button once to turn on the toothbrush.
- Press a second time within 2 seconds to change the intensity.
- Press a third time within 2 seconds to pause

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is one of the least expensive Sonicare Tooth Brushes I have owned. I have been a customer and distributor in my Dental office for years. This Series does a very good job with less bells and whistles (which I didn't really use on the more expensive styles). I recommend this brush although it doesn't have the power of the larger Sonicare Tooth Brushes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had other electric toothbrushes that were bulkier, I like this design much better. Also - this design stays clean!! Others designs trap water and gunk that turns into nasty slime If you don’t clean or drain your toothbrush frequently.
