[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like how it sped up over the first two weeks. It’s too uncomfortable on my gums and teeth. My dentist recommended this saying it is better than a Braun. It might be what she prefers, but not I. If I have to reset it every week, i will go back to my Braun.

We'd like to let you know that you can still choose between two intensity's (low and high) now that the feature has ended. To change the intensity, kindly follow these steps:
Press the power button once to turn on the toothbrush.
- Press a second time within 2 seconds to change the intensity.
- Press a third time within 2 seconds to pause.
