first time, the default setting is the low intensity. In order to change it into the high setting follow these instructions:
- Press the power button once to turn on the toothbrush.
- Press a second time within 2 seconds to change the intensity.
- Press a third time within 2 seconds to pause.
After 2 seconds of brushing, pressing the power button again will also pause the toothbrush.
We recommend trying to switch into using the high intensity and giving it a try! Hope this helps.

No, this Philips doesn’t take your teeth away but it does clean them very well. The difference between a tooth brush and this device is like night and day. There are two vibration settings. The first one does the job just fine. I didn’t bother discovering other settings that this device might have. I just turn it on and brush my teeth until the device turns off on its own.
