[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this toothbrush is safe and gentle on my teeth. The pulse action thoroughly cleans between my teeth as well as agitate my gums to leave them feeling healthy by improving my gum health. I have only had to charge it once and it has not needed a recharge in over 2 weeks! I like the pressure sensor feature as well as the 2 minute smart time both great features! I highly recommend this toothbrush!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obtained this great product from Tryit sampling in exchange for my honest review. I love the lightweight, thin sleek design. It's charging base is nice and small, which is great for traveling and does not take up much counter space. The bristles are soft and easy on my gums. My teeth feel really clean after use and brighter and whiter after a few uses. It gets my mouth really clean and fresh breath that lasts all day! Definitely would recommend this toothbrush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush works really well. I have used it for a few days and have noticed a significant decrease in the amount of plaque on my teeth. In addition I have noticed that my teeth actually feel much cleaner in the morning. My gums also feel better overall from using the toothbrush for just a few days. The brush is very gentle on my gums. The only suggestion I would have is that it would be great if the brush head were a little bigger however overall I still think it is a great toothbrush

Toothbrush is cheaply made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toothbrush is cheaply made and barely stays on the charger because the peg is short and the hile is shallow. This is a come down from our old ones.

This product is not the same as previous models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a much cheaper version of the model 4100 that I have used for the last several years. I though I was purchasing the same model (only pink), but it doesn't have the same features, has very weak speed/power, and doesn't hold a charge.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're sorry to hear that you purchased a toothbrush that doesn't match the features and performance of your previous device.
Regarding the poor power performance and battery drain, we'd like to know if you're using the charger that came with your toothbrush and if the issue persists when you take off the brush head.
Kindly reach out to us on Social Media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/Philips ) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/philipscare). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not impressed with my new toothbrush. The price was great but there’s a big difference. It comes with very soft cheap bristle brush. No case came with toothbrush either. It also doesn’t seem to have the same cycles as my old Phillips toothbrush. Big difference in price but now more of a disposable toothbrush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Sonic toothbrush. I keep one in our RV for travel and wanted to upgrade to a new model so I purchased this. Why in the world you provided ONLY a USB charger is beyond me.......is everyone in your R&D department a millennial? I immediately went to your website (as per your directions) to order a regular AC charger, and guess what? You're sold out or they're not currently available. I guess I'm not alone. At least you could offer either option to the buyer before the purchase. Shame on you, Philips! You should know better.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Philips Sonicare 4100 Series toothbrush! It's wonderful to hear that our toothbrushes are a part of your brushing routine at home and also when travelling in your RV. Sorry to hear that the USB charger is so disappointing, your feedback has been noted. By switching to USB charger in our Philips Sonicare 1000-4000 Series alone, we can use up to 189,210 kg less plastic every 4 years. Power adapters may seem small, but added together, their plastics make a huge impact on the environment.
If you have any further questions regarding the availability of a regular charger in your region, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website www.philips.com/support. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further. Hope to speak to you soon!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perhaps I am using the toothbrush improperly however I feel that it is too rough.Either I just skim the surface of my teeth or if I apply pressure it stops vibrating.I thought that after a few weeks I would get used to it but that hasn’t been the case. I think one of the more expensive models has a feature which allows you to control the intensity. Also if a tooth makes contact with the body of the toothbrush it can be quite scary.
