Works great and well-designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own an older version of the Philips Sonicare that I have used for many many years (probably close to 10 years). It still works well. I was looking at buying new brush heads and realized that for this new model spare heads are a lot less expensive since the vibration mechanism is not longer part of the heads, but inside the brush itself. I calculated that this new model would quickly pay for itself and be far more economical in the long run. This new model works essentially as well as my old Sonicare, but there is a bit less amplitude in the vibrations. Nothing to worry about. I also purchased a pack of 12 spare heads at a very good price. This unit is a bit more compact and would be easier to take along when traveling. After almost 10 years of daily use, the battery of my old Sonicare still holds its charge. I have no reason to suspect that the battery in this unit would not last as long. An excellent product. Time will tell if it last as long as my previous Sonicare.
Note: I also tried a rotating electric toothbrush in the past and (personally) find the Sonicare to clean better (i.e. the sonic ultra fast vibrations tends to dislodge bit of foods between the teeth better than a rotating toothbrush)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using this toothbrush. The quadrant timer keeps me honest and I actually spend a whole two minutes brushing my teeth thoroughly. It's designed to be held comfortably and its slender dimensions allow convenient access to the hard to reach places. The only downside is that it doesn't come with replacement brush heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Toothbrush!! It is easy to use and cleans teeth to a level comparable to a Dental Visit. The zone timer alerts you to move to another area and the High/Low speeds are convenient to quick clean or do a Deep clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't have much confidence in a battery powered toothbrush as the ones I've used before haven't ever left my mouth feeling cleaned properly. Upon trying this toothbrush my attitude about electric toothbrushes has definitely been changed. It almost gives you that dentist clean feeling every time you brush. I thoroughly have been enjoying using my new electric toothbrush.

It was a delight to use to clean my teeth and I actually looked forward to using it. It made my teeth super clean and I found that they seemed to feel nicer than with a manual toothbrush.

Much lighter than my previous sonicare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sonicare toothbrush is smaller around and lighter than my previous sonicare. I very much like that but it did take me a few days to get used to that. I have also been testing out how long the battery lasts. And the literature that was included it stated that the toothbrush battery would last 14 days. It has been about a week and a half since I have put the toothbrush on the charger and it is still going fine. This would be a great toothbrush to take on short vacations because of this.
All this being said, I do wish that the toothbrush had some of the grippy strips that my previous toothbrush had. I have found it a bit more difficult to grip this toothbrush and at least once it has slipped out of my hand.
