[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Sonic 4100 Series HX3681 is a straightforward electric toothbrush that offers a gentle cleaning experience. It's a good choice for those with sensitive gums or dental work, as the two-speed setting allows for a customized clean. Pros: * Affordable: It's a budget-friendly option that provides basic sonic cleaning. * Gentle: The low-speed setting is particularly gentle, making it suitable for those with sensitive gums or dental work. * Long Battery Life: The battery life is impressive, lasting around 3 weeks on a single charge. Cons: * Limited Cleaning Power: The brush and speed settings may struggle to remove stubborn stains, such as tea stains. * Slow Charging: Charging the toothbrush takes many hours, which can be inconvenient. Overall: The Philips Sonic 4100 Series HX3681 is a decent option for those who prioritize a gentle cleaning experience and a long-lasting battery. However, if you're looking for a toothbrush that can tackle stubborn stains and has a faster charging time, you may want to consider a higher-end model.

Bought a sonicare 4100 three weeks ago and was disappointed. Not as strong as they used to be. Plus was offered a free brush head inside the box by registering. Did the registration to be told they no longer offer that. This was just purchased. They did it just to get your info. Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched from a Phillips One and couldn’t be happier. I was blown away when I first began using Phillips One but the difference in intensity is remarkable with the 3100 series. Obviously, slightly larger but I got used to the size difference after a week. Battery lasted longer than expected also
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4100 series seems inferior to other models I've had - not as strong, and it seems to have trouble turning off.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your new Sonicare toothbrush. We are sorry to hear that you have not been as satisfied with this model and hope we can improve your next brushing session! May we suggest to fully charge the handle for 24 hours with no interruptions, and make sure the charger is not placed on a metallic surface or close to other chargers, as this can interfere with the charging process. Next, check that the power button and surrounding area has been cleaned thoroughly. As toothpaste residue can build up here and cause the button to not function correctly. We hope these suggestions help!
If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website www.philips.com/support. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I asked my dentist which electric toothbrush would be the best to use for my inflammed gums and to reduce plaque. She recommend this one (and others) but I liked the esthetic and reviews of this one. I would highly recommend this brand as its sleek, easy to use, and has vibrations and little sounds to tell you if the battery is low or certain things in reference to the toothbrush head . I really like mine and super easy to travel. I think it’s cleaner to travel with rather than a handheld toothbrush . Only thing I notice …. I brush my teeth to hard something so that stops me from brushing as hard since it makes a noise BUT! My toothbrush head doesn’t last as long and becomes very dull. So that’s something to be aware of since the replacement heads aren’t cheap. But it will probably force me not to brush as hard
