Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free as part of a product test. I have to say that I am amazed at how well this cleans my teeth. It is very easy to handle not heavy. It gets to hard to reach areas of your teeth. I have a huge gag reflex problem and I noticed this brush was great no problem. The brush is just the right size. And it is not noisy like other brushes. I also had no problem charging it it charged fast and was ready to go and the charge lasted a long time. After using this product my teeth felt so clean and my mouth was so refreshed. I have to say this is the best brush I have ever used and I highly recommend it. A great product that does a great job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product quit after less than a month of use.

No power adapter included

I like the toothbrush. This is my 2nd or third one. The last one I just bought, however, doesn't come with a power adapter. It only has a usb connector. I am not going to bring my toothbrush out of the bathroom to charge it, nor am I going to take my laptop into the bathroom to charge my toothbrush.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can you make sure that you activate the Quadpacer before you start brushing your teeth?
The Quadpacer is an interval timer that has a short beep and pause to remind you to brush the 4 sections of your mouth. Depending on the brushing mode you have selected, the Quadpacer beeps at different intervals during the brushing cycle. The Quadpacer works in all 3 modes and at all 3 intensity levels.
To activate this feature, place the handle with a brush head attached on the plugged-in charger or sanitizer. Press and hold the mode button for 2 seconds., You hear 1 beep to indicate the Quadpacer has been deactivated.You hear 2 beeps to indicate the Quadpacer has been activated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been Phillips Sonicare products forever. Why did they change this? When I turn it on I expect it to run at full power immediately. NOT with this model. I have to push the button numerous times to get full power. I will NEVER buy another product from this manufacturer.

Toothpaste residue can build up around the power button. The residue is causing the power button to get stuck and not turn on. We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. A not fully-charged toothbrush battery might need more power to make the toothbrush vibrate. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. You can always leave your toothbrush on the charger to avoid this from happening again. A faulty power source connected to your charger may cause your toothbrush not to charge. In some countries, the power outlet in the bathroom has a safety feature that shuts off the power source. Make sure that your outlet has power before charging your toothbrush. Try using a different outlet to charge your toothbrush fully.

Product did not come with a wall plug

some times it works, others i have to shake and practically disassemble it to get the action going full throttle;
yes, it was brand new when i bought it..at least that’s how it was packaged and confirmed when i registered it;
don’t know what to say, maybe this model was phased out for a new improved model;
i can see how that might’ve happened given the way this thing functions like a WWI triplane at times;
