[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth and fifth Sonicare I've bought. The toothbrush remains in the gentle, beginning mode of pressure and speed. Made several attempts at following the directions to move to full pressure and speed, but the electronics in the toothbrush will not let me do this. This is the second 4100 I've bought, and both have the same problem. I am betting more expensive Sonicare brushes do not have this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely had mixed feelings about this toothbrush I feel like it was a little too strong like it hurt my lips my lips are numb after using it and it kind of hurt my gums but I Kinda do have sensitive gums and teeth and all that but it’s a good toothbrush I love how small it is because I can get to the back of my teeth which is really hard like the back of the back of my teeth if you know what I mean lol but I just don’t like the vibrating how strong it is like it felt like my teeth were going to vibrate out my head but good toothbrush just not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] neither my wife or I like this. The vibrations are painful and annoying and we don't feel like we are really brushing our teeth. Waste of money.

Gave me cavities
on January 26, 2023
Posted by: Katiepie
I have always used a normal toothbrush, and I’ve never had any problems with cavities or having bad teeth. I decided to switch to an electric toothbrush about a year and a half ago because I thought would be better for my teeth. But I was wrong. I went to the dentist today and they told me I had two cavities. I believe it is because of the pressure sensor because I have teeth with deeper grooves. I could not get a thorough brush with this toothbrush brush, but I didn’t realize it was a problem until it was too late. Please do not buy this toothbrush if you have teeth with deep cavities like me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's getting returned - stupid USB charging!

It needs a standard plug. Stupid decision to have USB charging, save me the sanctimony about saving the planet by going with a USB.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free as part of a product test. I have to say that I am amazed at how well this cleans my teeth. It is very easy to handle not heavy. It gets to hard to reach areas of your teeth. I have a huge gag reflex problem and I noticed this brush was great no problem. The brush is just the right size. And it is not noisy like other brushes. I also had no problem charging it it charged fast and was ready to go and the charge lasted a long time. After using this product my teeth felt so clean and my mouth was so refreshed. I have to say this is the best brush I have ever used and I highly recommend it. A great product that does a great job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Drifter,
Thank you for writing this review. However, we're sorry that your Sonicare has disappointed you. We'd like to take a closer look at how we could help you. Have you tried bringing back your toothbrush to life by charging it continuously for 24 hours with the original charger? We'd like to point out that metal surfaces, and other chargers may cause interference. For this reason we kindly ask you to perform the process away from them. If this doesn't improve your experience, please reach out to us on Social Media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/Philips ) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/philipscare). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.
