Poor battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long-time sonicare user. I liked this toothbrush because of its slender size. However, the change brush head came on after only 2 weeks of use. Biggest problem is that the battery only lasts 3 days. All of my previous handles lasted at least a week.

A cheap version of an electric toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A big mistake buying the lower cost model tooth brush! Spend the extra money and buy the better model. It is too small and does not do as good of a job as the better model.

No charger included

To promote sustainability, philips expects you to provide your own charger for this tooth brush. THey do offer to send you an adapter all the way from China which I guess uses less plastic but pumps millions of tonnes of CO2 into the environment! Oh, and the adapters are on indefinite backorder!

The product is ok, however it wouldn’t be my go to option. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space and it stays fully charged for weeks at a time.

Everything and more in a electric toothbrush it has two settings, which I definitely needed for my sensitive gums and teeth and if you press too hard, there is a sensor that warns you in a vibration that you’re pressing too hard I highly recommend this for everyone including young people.
I would recommend this to a friend!
