[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went down from the diamond clean to this line and it just doesn't have enough power in comparison. Sometimes I brush my teeth twice in a row.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Philips Sonicare 4100 Series toothbrush. We are sorry to hear that it does not appear to have enough power and hope we can improve this for you. Firstly, can you make sure the handle is fully charged for 24 hours with no interruptions. Check that the charger is not placed on a metal surface or close to other chargers, as this can interfere with the charging process. Secondly, your Sonicare toothbrush gives you the option to choose between a low and high intensity. You can try the higher intensity to see if this is more suitable by following these steps: 1. Press the power button once to turn on the toothbrush. 2. Press a second time within 2 seconds to change the intensity. We hope these suggestions help!
If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website www.philips.com/support. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.
Hope to speak to you soon!
Kind regards, Philips Consumer Care

Attractive; efficient; gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the Phillips 4100 Series Sonic Electric Toothbrush with it's compact brush head allows me to fully clean my teeth and reach into uneven gaps and spaces. It is just powerful enough for a thorough cleaning, and stores neatly in the charging holder. The charger requires a USB connection, and there are inexpensive USB to plug-in devices available, so I purchased one. I would suggest that Phillips include a USB to plug-in device in the package. I am very pleased with the quality and usefulness of this electric toothbrush and plan to purchase another one for my husband.

Who has a USB in their bathroom?!?

This is my third sonicare toothbrush. I love the brushes but wow, it was a surprise to find the charger is a USB instead of a plug for “sustainability”. Who that that was a good idea??? If I didn’t have the charger from my last brush, I’d be retuning this. I’m not plugging in my toothbrush in my office.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your new Sonicare toothbrush. We are sorry to hear that it is not providing you with enough power and hope we can help! To help you transition to your new Sonicare power toothbrush, this model arrives with the EasyStart feature turned on. This feature gently increases the power over the first 14 brushings to help you adapt to brushing with a Philips Sonicare toothbrush. Your Sonicare toothbrush also gives you the option to choose between low and high intensity, when you use the toothbrush for the first time, the default setting is the low intensity. You can find instructions on how to change these settings from page 16 of the user guide: https://www.documents.philips.com/assets/20220211/92aa8b1c9d7a4b7c8f33ae3900ed49b7.pdf?_ga=2.166035006.1854849428.1662872656-991434097.1653378391&_gac=1.242534710.1662160443.EAIaIQobChMI64S2iZ73-QIVeo9oCR0-sQ97EAMYASAAEgJQLfD_BwE

Great toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toothbrush. I was little sceptical in the beginning. But now it's been 2 weeks since I started using it and definitely can see the difference. My mouth is much cleaner and after every brush I feel like I finished my dentist appointment. It makes you feel so fresh and clean. The reason I like this product is first it is more reasonably priced, the bristles are not hard and it has your brushing time. The only thing i dislike is the charger typ. It comes with a USB cable only and I have to bring my toothbrush out every time to connect to the charger head. Planning to buy a charger head just for the toothbrush. Battery life is good and with 1 time charging it has stayed 2 weeks so far and with 2 times brushing. I received this product for free as a part of product test.

Really Great Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is honestly absolutely nothing that I thought could be improved with this tooth brush… this toothbrush is super easy to charge and the battery on it lasts a long time. I love the 30 second timer, it helps me know exactly how long to brush, and my mouth feels really clean afterwards. The brush head is a perfect size, and has a groove in it to get into the hard to reach places, I love how it has a cap to put on it when you are done so it keeps other bathroom germs from getting on it. I’d recommend this to everyone. ( I received this product for free in exchange for a review, all opinions expressed are 100% my own)

Bothers my sensitive teeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had a battery powered toothbrush since I was a kid so I decided to give this one a try. I was surprised at the size of the brush head. It’s smaller than a regular toothbrush. When I went to brush my teeth with it I immediately had to pull it away. My teeth can sometimes be sensitive and this toothbrush was hurting. I tried multiple times to use it but the vibration was to intense for my teeth. The toothbrush was easy to charge up. Just simply place it on the base and plug it in. It comes with a nice protective cap to put over the bristles to protect them.
