Love the simplicity of this model as it’s all you need for good brushing. With previous, more expensive model, I still only used the on/off. The slimmer handle also easier to hold. However does not come with a wall plug just the USB section which a little inconvenient.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth are a lot cleaner and my gums are healthier. My dentist can see significant improvements in my oral health since switching to Sonic toothbrush. It is the best electric brush I have ever had. I know I am brushing the right amount of time because of the two minute timer. It vibrates when I apply too much pressure when brushing and lets me know when it is time to change brush heads.

Mold

I had no issues with this toothbrush for several months, I replace the head every 2-3 months. It got white crusty buildup from drips underneath the head attachment which didn't bother me, it's easy enough to wipe clean as needed. But the last time I went to replace the head there was black mold. I went to scrub it with bleach but come to find out the center part is squishy and porous so there's no saving it. Bummer since electric toothbrushes aren't cheap but more concerned about my health being at risk for possibly the last couple months...

Solid Electric Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush does a great job cleaning teeth. It’s light, sleek, and easy to use. The bristles are on the softer side and small. I like that this has a long battery life, a 2 minute shutoff, and a pressure sensor that let’s you know if you’re brushing too hard. An added bonus is that it has 2 intensity settings one of which is a lower setting for sensitive gums/teeth. My only quibble with this toothbrush is that while it’s rechargeable, it doesn’t come with a power adapter. Overall, a solid electric toothbrush!

No charger in box

Unless you have a USB charger in your bathroom (I don't), it is a rather useless product. No 120V charger provided. Manual refers to support, but I don't find a charger there either. It is not that you can use any USB charger, it needs to be a specific voltage. My phone charger is higher. Where do I get that? Also, can't use the old 120V charger from my old brush. Stupid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4th day product just stopped working, I used my wife charger but that wasn’t it, I only switched from oral b because my wife wanted to try something different, so I did and what a waist of energy and money. But I upgraded back to oral b and I’m having fun with it.

Hi,
Thank you for writing your feedback, it is very appreciated. We're sorry to hear that your toothbrush stopped working properly. For future reference, we recommend you perform a 24-hour charge, using a working outlet away from metal surfaces. This ensures that the toothbrush is fully charged. Hope this helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked using the toothbrush for the three weeks that it worked. Went to charge it and the green light came on but when I took it off the charger, it was dead. Doesn’t charge and doesn’t work.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your new Sonicare toothbrush. We are really sorry to hear that it does not appear to be working correctly and hope we can bring it back to life for you! Kindly make sure that the handle has been fully charged for 24 hours with no interruptions, and check that the charger is not placed on a metal surface, or close to other chargers as this can interfere with the charging process. Once fully charged for 24 hours, kindly try switching your Sonicare on again.
