[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my Sonicare 4100! It replaces a Sonicare toothbrush that was over 15 years old! My new Sonicare is quieter and lighter. I feel I does a better job of cleaning my teeth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this toothbrush for my 7 year old granddaughter. When she first started using it, it tickled her upper lip and she would stop brushing. Once she got use to the feeling, she now ask to brush her teeth before getting ready for bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Sonic electric toothbrush, and overall, it’s a decent electric toothbrush. It feels well made, has good cleaning power, quiet, and leaves my teeth feeling noticeably cleaner compared to a manual brush.
However, I was disappointed with the promotional offer included inside the packaging. There was a leaflet advertising a free replacement brush head if you register the product. That sounded like a nice added bonus and definitely influenced my impression of the purchase. Unfortunately, when I went online to register, I was told that the offer was no longer available.
It’s frustrating to see promotional material inside a brand-new product box, only to find out the offer has already expired. If the promotion has ended, the packaging should be updated accordingly. It feels misleading and left a sour note on what would otherwise have been a straightforward purchase.
In summary, the toothbrush itself performs well and does what it’s supposed to do, but the outdated promotional offer was disappointing. Because of that experience, I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product performs as promised. It has plenty of power to adequately brush teeth and massage gums. In addition, the battery performs longer than predicted

Mold

I had no issues with this toothbrush for several months, I replace the head every 2-3 months. It got white crusty buildup from drips underneath the head attachment which didn't bother me, it's easy enough to wipe clean as needed. But the last time I went to replace the head there was black mold. I went to scrub it with bleach but come to find out the center part is squishy and porous so there's no saving it. Bummer since electric toothbrushes aren't cheap but more concerned about my health being at risk for possibly the last couple months...

Solid Electric Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush does a great job cleaning teeth. It’s light, sleek, and easy to use. The bristles are on the softer side and small. I like that this has a long battery life, a 2 minute shutoff, and a pressure sensor that let’s you know if you’re brushing too hard. An added bonus is that it has 2 intensity settings one of which is a lower setting for sensitive gums/teeth. My only quibble with this toothbrush is that while it’s rechargeable, it doesn’t come with a power adapter. Overall, a solid electric toothbrush!
I would recommend this to a friend!

No charger in box

Unless you have a USB charger in your bathroom (I don't), it is a rather useless product. No 120V charger provided. Manual refers to support, but I don't find a charger there either. It is not that you can use any USB charger, it needs to be a specific voltage. My phone charger is higher. Where do I get that? Also, can't use the old 120V charger from my old brush. Stupid.
