[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My gums have never been healthier! But the head/bristles are already worn out after only a few weeks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The head of the toothbrush is very small and it vibrates a lot. I’m not sure if it’s actually working on my teeth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The lettering on the handle is rubbing off

I have been using a new 1 button Philips Sonicare for 2 weeks. It brushes and seems to brush as well as my previous 2 buttons Philips powered toothbrush before it stopped working. The quality of the materials and lettering of the new 1 button Sonicare is inferior. The letters on the handle - of clean, sensitive, white, and the change brush and power status symbols - are all rubbing off onto the handle and onto my fingers. At this rate eventually all of the lettering will erase from my toothbrush handle within 60 days or less.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear about the lettering on your Sonicare handle rubbing. That’s certainly not the quality or durability we want for our customers. We’re glad to hear that the brushing performance has met your expectations, but we appreciate you bringing your concerns about the handle markings and material quality to our attention. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd sonicare toothbrush. They all do a good job of brushing. There are 2 reasons I took away a star from this one. 1- it's narrower making it more difficult to stand on the counter. 2- the 30 second signals during brushing do not seem as strong in intensity nor volume as in past models.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This my 3rd Phillips electric toothbrush. over the years, each one has gotten better and better. I would gladly recommend this product to anyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toothbrush. I notice that when I go for cleanings the hygienist doesn't have to clean as much as when I had a manual toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not even close to my Sonicare Series 5 toothbrush I had for years. It still worked, but I couldn't find the replacement heads anymore; thus, I had to purchase a new toothbrush. Very disappointed.
