[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Quip toothbrush before this one. I thought it was good, but I kept having various service issues like batteries stuck, metallic paint peeling off in the holder. I had enough, and was looking for a replacement when I found this Sonic. After my first use, I realized how much cleaner my teeth felt. What an improvement!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw a recommendation about using an electric toothbrush. The reasons were based on the improved brushing provided by an electric toothbrush over the old standby hand brushing which I had been doing since I was a child. I ordered a brand model that was recommended based on features and price. I am still learning how to brush effectively. So far, I am pleased with the Philips 4100 series and hope to improve my brushing ability.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I brush my teeth at least twice a day, the difference this toothbrush makes is amazing. I'm sorry I did not know how much cleaner my teeth would be. And, it takes away the tea stains too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product, but was not happy that it indicated you could get discounted replacement heads and when I went to the site they said the discount was no longer available.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Phillips a while ago and found it pretty good. But buying this recent 4100 I found. Really doesn’t meet the same standard To.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy a new one because the old one crapped out due to a common issue of the power switch failing after it wets and dries frequently (many other reviews indicating the same).
New purchase doesn’t even come with a charger anymore, you have to request it separately. Planned obsolescence and Philips knows most purchases are replacements?
