[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, my new Philips Sonicare 4100 seems to be lacking the power I have come to appreciate with my many other Sonicare brushes in the past. Feels like the brush needs charging, even when it's been recently charged. Makes me think i got a dud...is that possible?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Returned, this brush was under powered, useless for brushing teeth! Glad I don’t hold stock in your company this device is shameful. Had to purchase a more expensive model to replace the power of my older sonicare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few years I recently replaced it. It wasn’t charging and lasting the required amount. I replaced it with Oral new model toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this toothbrush to replace my battery powered one. There was a brief period of adjustment since the Philips brush has a different vibration than my old brush. The charge lasts a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was previously using another manufacturers electric toothbrush for many years and disliked the fact of having to replace it when the battery would no longer hold a charge. This Sonic toothbrush seems to hold a charge much longer, last longer on its charge and gives a good warning when it will need recharging. The brush overall is thinner and the brushing action seems to clean my teeth better. Overall very pleased with the purchase.
