[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush head doesn’t fit properly on the toothbrush, so it doesn’t vibrate very fast. I have to push it down and then it works a little better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure what is wrong with me, but the excessive saliva that gets produced, and runs down my hand, or has me leaning over the sink, makes this very inconvenient to use with dubious effectiveness. I use less than 1/8 of a teaspoon of toothpaste (on the advice of my dentist to use 'less' than normal) and it still causes me to drool. With any less, and I bet that I'd get the benefit of no fluoride. And that makes me think that this is kinda worse for my teeth than manual brushing ?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric toothbrush is the best I’ve ever used. It is like a cleaning at the dentist every time I use it. Very helpful to my gums and preventing plaque buildup. My only beef is that I purchased it with an offer on the package for a free brush head after registration. When I tried this, it was no longer available. While the toothbrush works splendidly, I get a bad taste in my mouth with the false premise of receiving a complimentary brush head.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 4100 Series Sonic electric toothbrush because it thought it had a way to tell me to move to a different quadrant of my teeth when brushing. It does not seem to have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rating this toothbrush 3 stars. I’ve been using it for about 2 months. While brushing my teeth it sometimes just turns off. It’s so annoying. And yes I do charge it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really dissatisfied with the toothbrush. The power isn’t what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too pleased with this product. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Sonic toothbrushes and think they’re wonderful for my teeth. I had purchased the same model but it started to turn on by itself which got very annoying. So, I bought another and this one makes an odd vibration noise sometimes while using it and the detachable brushes don’t seem to lock in —or connect correctly— with the base. Disappointed. Should be a better product for this price.
