I had an oral b that I used for over 7 years and finally decided to try out philips sonicare. This was a good low price point but in a years time I had to get two replacements. Very unfortunate. I'm glad I registered the product so it was under warranty. I like how slim it is for travel but disappointed at the low quality and poorly made. Once warranty runs out, I would be seeking for another model or brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush does take some getting used to. I have always used an electric toothbrush but not the Sonic. It cleans good and I like the way it detects if you are brushing to hard.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have returned this toothbrush. It was so sensitive to the pressure that it didn't run a lot of the time and I barely had it on my teeth. The timer wasn't long enough to get all my mouth done. This is my third Sonic are so it's not like I didn't know what to expect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello!
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Philips 4100 Series HX3681/23 Sonic Electric Toothbrush. We're sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations, especially given your familiarity with our Sonicare products. We strive to provide high-quality oral care solutions, and your feedback is valuable. Regarding the pressure sensitivity, our Sonicare toothbrushes are designed to optimize brushing by reducing pressure to protect your gums and teeth. As for the timer, our toothbrushes typically have a built-in timer set to the recommended brushing time for optimal oral health. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally owned a burst toothbrush for 5 years, and it died. I was going to purchase a new burst, but the price increase was out of my budget. I started researching and settled on the sonicare. So far, a great toothbrush. I feel like my teeth are cleaner, the brush head is designed better than my last toothbrush, and it's very lightweight. Glad I purchased it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. 2 different speeds to choose from. It is priced reasonably. Cleans teeth better than manual brushing. It let's you know if you're brushing too hard, and when it's time to change brush head.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! It has a smaller footprint than my old one and simply does the job. I like that the timer is so obvious, so I know how long to brush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Simple, easy to use and charge. great when I travel. Much better than the expensive models!
