[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s thin and it’s streamline. And the brush head does not have holes in it like Oral-B so that all the liquid from your mouth runs down the brush head and out the holes and down your arm while you’re brushing your teeth. Sonicare does not do that That’s why I bought it but 4100 is way too weak and soft for me.
